CONSTITUTION:Debris are first placed underwater and a foundation mount 1 is thereby formed. Then, a caisson 2 is erected on the top T of the mount 1. Furthermore, the caisson 2 is filled with sand iron, pulverized ore oxide or a mixture of iron ore and sand as an internal charge material. Or, iron ore and sand may be accumulated in laminar state and supplied to the caisson 2. Then, lid plate concrete 4' is placed on the charge material and, then, upper concrete 4 is placed. According to this construction, the breadth of a caisson bank body can be reduced, because the charge material has large specific gravity. Also, the caisson 2 can be laid even on the sea bottom.
