MANUFACTURE OF STATOR OF ELECTRIC MOTOR AND STATOR CORE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To divide a stator core into two pieces of a magnetic pole part and a yoke part and wind the magnetic pole part to an insulated body and reduce a press fitting load when the yoke part is remounted in the magnetic pole part. CONSTITUTION:A yoke part 33 of a stator core is forcibly enlarged to the outer diameter side and top parts 55 of protrusion parts of the outer diameter side of a magnetic pole part 22 are mounted in recess parts of the yoke part 33. In this case, the sides opposite the recess parts of the yoke part 33 are parallel and other sides are parallel to the outer diameter and a thickness between the sides is 3% or less the outer diameter and is one plate thickness or more a laminated iron plate, and thereby the yoke part is forcible enlarged and a press fitting load when mounting the magnetic pole part 22 can be reduced. Since even a body with a thick laminated thickness can be easily formed, an electric motor with good performance and high output level can be obtained.
