CONSTITUTION:A thin paper 3 such as titanium paper is adhered to a base material 1 such as a particle board through an adhesive layer 2 to form an unsaturated polyester resin layer 4 containing a high brightness pigment on the surface of the paper 3. The high brightness pigment is for example an inorganic pearl pigment obtained by coating the surface of natural fish scale foil or natural mica with a metal oxide with high refractive index such as titanium oxide or iron oxide, gold powder or silver powder. A11 of these are of thin flat-piece type. Next, a silicone rubber die 6 for an uneven pattern formation attached to a metal frame 5 on the unsaturated polyester resin layer 4 is deposited, and the resin is rolled uniformly while pressing the resin by a rubber roll.
