Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the chemically and thermally stabilized plating jig which is not deteriorated by forming the jig with a polythioether sulfone as the essential component. CONSTITUTION:A material obtained by mixing 40% of glass fiber into a polythioethersulfone has 1500kg/cm tensile strength, 123 hardness (Rockwell.R scale), 2.3X10/ deg.C thermal expansion coefficient, 250 deg.C.heat distortion temp. (18.5kg/cm ), 0 chemical resistance (strong acid), 0 chemical resistance (strong alkali) and 2000kgf/cm flexural strength. A thermosetting resin such as PP is not changed in size by a heat cycle and not resistant to strong alkali, and the resin itself is deteriorated. As for a material such as stainless steel, the jig itself is plated, and the plating is inefficiently released. Conversely, the plating jig with the polythioethersulfone as the essential component is stably used.
