Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a thermal transfer image-receiving transparent sheet containing a thermoplastic resin having a norbornene skeleton as its main component. CONSTITUTION:A thermal transfer image receiving transparent sheet is exellent in heat resistance and generates no curl and dimensional change at the time of thermal transfer and also generates no jamming. Since this transparent sheet is good in transparency and the adhesion of toner, the transparent sheet can be suitably used in a use requiring transparency such as the cell image used not only in OHP but also in animation or a reproducible.
