Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition composed mainly of a specific (co)polymer, a polyhydric alcohol containing ethylene oxide chain, a crosslinking agent containing epoxy group, a nonionic surfactant and a specific aromatic compound and having excellent antifogging property and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by using (A) 20-75 pts.(wt.) of a (co)polymer containing >=20wt% recurring structural unit of formula I (R and R are H, lower alkyl or COOH; X is side chain having epoxy group), (B) 20-75pts. of a polyhydric alcohol having ethylene oxide chain, (C) 5-45pts. (based on 100pts. of A+B+C) of a crosslinking agent having epoxy group, (D) 1-40pts. of a nonionic surfactant and (E) 0.1-10pts. of one or more compounds of formula II-IV (X and X are H, OH, Cl, alkyl, etc.; Y is H, Cl or sulfonic acid group; Z is H, OH or COOH; R -R are H or alkyl), as main components and adding a curing catalyst to the components.
