A supply voltage fluctuation corresponding block 6 is constructed by a supply voltage measurement means 7 and a pulse width conversion means 8. In the supply voltage measurement means 7, supply voltage VSUP is measured and the result is inputted to the pulse width conversion means 8 as a second input. The output signal after conversion of the means 8 is added to the means 2 as a modulation signal. As a result, the pulse width of the heating voltage to be applied to the head 3 is modulated to be wider when the supply voltage is low and to be narrower when it is high.
