Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To generate large frictional force with a rail by fixing magnets rigidly to yokes fitted in plural positions on a magnet belt, and providing a frame part, formed of friction material, around each yoke. CONSTITUTION:Plural yokes 6 are fitted at specified spaces apart onto a magnet belt 3, and a magnet 7 is rigidly fixed onto each yoke 6 by adhesive or the like. A frame part 9 is further provided around the yoke 6, and this frame part 9 is fixed to the magnet belt 3 by binding material, screws, or the like. The frame part 9 is formed of friction material with a large friction coefficient, and the frame part 9 obtains pressure by the attracting force of the yoke 6 with the magnet 7 fixed thereto so as to generate large frictional force with a rail. This results in obtaining about double frictional force or more compared to the case of fitting only the yokes 6 to the magnet belt 3.
