Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a tower facility, in which electric or hydraulic connection between the side of a tower and the side of instruments at the upper part of the tower can be effected in a small space in orderly without any faulty connection. CONSTITUTION:A receiving rack 109, receiving one terminals of an electric cable 105 and/or hydraulic tubes 106-108, is provided on a tower 16. A connector 117, provided at one terminal of the electric cable 105, and/or couplers 118, 119, provided at one terminals of the hydraulic tubes 107, 108, are distributed around the tower 16. Stages 17, 18, which are equipped with instruments 49, 57, 66, 83, are provided at the upper part of the tower 16 so as to be free of incorporation. Connectors 117a, 117f of the side of instruments 49, 57, 66, 83, and/or couplers 118a, 118f, 119a, 119g are distributed around the stages 17, 18. The connectors 117a, 117f and/or couplers 118a, 118f, 119a, 119f are connected to the connector 117 and/or the couplers 118, 119.
