A transitional portion from the outer diameter of the covering disc 9 at the pressure side to an outer jacket 10 of the inner easing 4 is formed to suit the flow. The outer jacket 10 has a contour corresponding to the cross section of the inner casing which is gradually larger toward the direction of the pressure side connection pipe or the outer casing.
