CONSTITUTION:A mesh fabric is made in such a manner that a texture woven with synthetic fiber is washed by nonionic or anionic surface active agent aqueous solution, heated so as to give tension, and set to a predetermined thickness and the number of meshes. On both faces of the mesh fabric, conductive metal thin films are formed by a metal spattering device. The mesh fabric treated in this way is stretched. The stretched mesh fabric is coated with photosensitive or thermosensible resin emulsion repeatedly so as to make a predetermined thickness. Thereafter, the dried mesh fabric is exposed or heated and finished finally.
