When the ignition key switch is turned ON in the middle of learning, initialization is stopped and the regulating valve 12 is returned to the starting position of the engine 1. This constitution prevents lowering of startability of the engine 1 owing to deficiency in an intake air amount and the occurrence of abnormal blow-bye of the number of revolutions owing to the increase thereof. |
