Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the variable delay circuit suitable for circuit integration. CONSTITUTION:A parallel resonance circuit 3 consists of a semiconductor inductance element 1 and a capacitor 2 and a 1st resistor connects between the parallel resonance circuit 3 and ground. Then a connecting point between the parallel resonance circuit 3 and the 1st resistor 4 connects to a noninverting input terminal of a differential amplifier circuit 5 and a 2nd resistor is connected between the inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier circuit 5 and the input signal terminal. Moreover, a 3rd resistor is connected for negative feedback purpose between the output terminal of the differential amplifier circuit 5 and the inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier circuit 5.
