By this method, the lowering in sensitivity is reduced and mechanical strength is enhanced and the deterioration in the recording layer or crack generation of the protective layer is eliminated because stress between the ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer layer and the layer containing polyvinyl butyral, the epoxy resin and nitrocellulose is relieved and the layer containing polyvinyl butyral and the epoxy resin is low in air permeability and, when a recording material is bent, cracks are not generated in the protective layers.
