Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain an information display device which is immune to noise. CONSTITUTION:A digital signal consisting of 81 bits received by a receiving side communication equipment 7 is inputted to the 2nd input device 9 and transmitted to the 2nd central processing unit(CPU) 10. The CPU 10 analyzes the inputted digital signal based upon its built--in prescribed program and obtains the analyzed result as display information expressed by an 81-bit digital signal corresponding to one digit or one character. Then the CPU 10 corrects an error in each bit of the 81-bit digital signal based upon a linear identification function (f) stored in an external storage device 13 and outputs display information consisting of the corrected 81-bit digital signal to the 2nd output device 11. An information display terminal equipment 12 receives an output signal from the 2nd output device 11 and executes lighting display based upon the 81-bit digital signal corresponding to one digit or one character.
