Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve impedance matching with an electromagnetic wave and to improve a sensitivity of detecting the wave by mounting an amplitude reducing horn between a ultrasonic wave processing horn and an oscillation cone to enhance the resistance of an element. CONSTITUTION:An amplitude reducing horn 11 is mounted between a ultrasonic wave processing horn 12 and an oscillation cone thereby to reduce the amplitude of a ultrasonic wave. The horn 11 is formed in a cylindrical shape in such a proportion that the length of a wide diameter part is b/2 and its diameter is b/4 where the length of the entirety is b. In the case of this proportion, the amplitude becomes about 2.4 times. Thus, the wide part is formed partly at the horn to oscillate a sound wave, thereby weakening the amplitude. Further, as polishing powder at the time of ultrasonic wave processing, fine and soft alumina having a mean particle size of 1mum or less is used. Thus, since a fine bridge width can be accurately formed, the resistance of an element can be improved, and impedance matching with the wave can be improved.
