CONSTITUTION:Fine particle dispersed liquid of viscose obtained by mixing magnetic substance particles, viscose, the first water soluble high polymer material and a water soluble anionic high molecular compound is given heating and/or addition of a coagulant to coagulate the viscose in the dispersed liquid and then neutralized to form magnetic substance containing cellulose fine particles, or the dispersed liquid is coagurated with acid and then neutralized to form magnetic body containing cellulose fine particles. After the fine particles are separated from the mother liquor and washed with water, they are dried to obtain the magnetic substance containing cellulose fine particles that are used as core material. The surface of the core material particles is covered with resin, giving mechanical impact force by a mixing agitation tank 1.
