Thereby, even if a battery internal pressure is increased, since the joining parts of the alpha-alumina ring 1a of both the anode and cathode covers 2a and 3a are not separated from each other, a secondary breakdown is not caused by such a reason that a battery inside material is leaked outside and a bad influence is exerted upon the other adjacent battery.
