CONSTITUTION:Any dielectric material such as ferrite is used as the carrier core material and the desired dielectric resin is applied on the surface of the carrier core material. And the dielectric resin applied on the surface of the carrier core material is baked on the carrier core particle by microwave heating. It is necessary to control the irradiation time of microwave to rise the temp. up to above the curing temp. of the resin. The irradiation time is generally 30sec to 10min. In the case of =10min, the resin begins to decompose because the temp. rises too high and by contraries, durability is reduced.
