CONSTITUTION:The reason why a molten metal pouring furnace 8 having a heating capacity is mounted between the melting furnace 3 for the outer layer material 1 and the pouring position in a cooling die 7 is to supply heat to the molten metal to keep the temp. of the molten metal 1' of the outer layer constant for a long time and to pour it directly into the cooling die 7 at the constant temperature. In this case, heating can be carried out by induction heating, etc. A pouring amount can be controlled to be constant by automating the reception of molten metal from the melting furnace 3 and the pouring of it into the cooling die 7. Further, the molten metal pouring furnace preferably travels automatically between the melting furnace 3 and the pouring position. Since the pouring into the cooling die 7 is interrupted while the molten metal is received from the melting furnace 3, it is necessary that the molten metal is received quickly from the melting furnace 3 and the pouring furnace is returned to the pouring position and the pouring is restarted.
