BOND MAGNET AND COMPOSITION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To enhance magnetic characteristics and bending strength of a magnet and fluidity of powder material by adding a resin binder containing specific epoxy resin, polyvinylacetal resin, and imidosilicon resin and a magnet powder for specifying anisotropic magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:The bond magnet employs a resin binder containing an epoxy resin A exhibiting solid state at 25 deg.C, a polyvinylacetal resin B exhibiting solid state at 25 deg.C, and an imidosilicon resin C exhibiting solid state at 25' deg.C, and a magnetic powder exhibiting anisotropic magnetic field stronger than 50kOe. The resin binder contains 0.2-600 pts.wt./wt. of component B and 40-2000 pts.wt.. of component C for 100 pts.wt. of component A and the resin binder is added by 0.5-5 pats wt. for 100 pmts wt. of magnetic powder This composition enhances magnetic characteristics and bending strength of a magnet, improves fluidity of power and realizes high prodyctivity with good moldability.
