The reflective surface of the mirror device 4 is formed by a reflective mirror aggregate 7 constituted of four reflective mirrors 8 having the same rectangular shapes which are vertically and horizontally arranged in a plane state, and reinforcing plates 9 are joined and fixed on the back surface of each reflective mirror 8. As to each reflective mirror 8 provided with the reinforcing plate 9, the end surfaces of adjacent reflective mirrors are made to butt with each other so that each reflective surface may be positioned at the same plane, and four outer peripheral sides of the aggregate constituted of four reflective mirrors 8 provided with reinforcing plates 9 are held by a mirror frame 10.
