Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable inspection of effect on corneocyte of lipid by a method wherein a corneum isolated from a skin tissue is homogenized in a solvent to disperse corneocytes and dried after the lamination thereof on a solid plate to enable the production of a corneocyte layer without the use of lipid. CONSTITUTION:A corneum derived from an animal, for example, that of skin of a pig, cow, dog, bird or human being is used to isolate the corneum alone from a skin tissue thereof by a trypsin treatment or the like. Then, the corneum thus isolated is minced finely with scissors or the like beforehand and immersed into a solvent. Thereafter, the corneum is homogenized using a homogenizer to obtain a corneocyte suspension having the corneocyte being separated. Then, the corneocyte suspension is poured onto a solid plate to laminate the corneocyte and dried to obtain a corneocyte layer containing no lipid. In the homogenization of the corneocyte, amphiphatic lipid is arranged to coexist as required to place the lipid between the corneocytes. This enables inspection of effect on the corneocyte itself of the lipid. |
