Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide marine paste product which contains the largest amount of collagen which has been never attained and having good texture and collagen paste which is suitable for giving such products of high collagen contents. CONSTITUTION:Collagen-containing marine paste product which is characterized by comprising the composition prepared by admixing a collagen composition containing 100 pts.wt. of water-containing collagen whose moisture content is adjusted to 78 to 82wt.%, 0.15 to 1.0 pts.wt. of condensed phosphate salt, and 80 to 120 pts.wt. of water, to minced fish meat of 78 to 82wt.% water content in an amount of 15 to 50wt.%. Further, the method of producing the collagen paste by admixing cold water lower than 5 deg.C to the above-stated water- containing collagen previously combined with condensed phosphate salt as the temperature is kept lower than 10 deg.C to finish paste formation, and the resultant paste.
