CONSTITUTION:When a power source circuit 1 generates +5V and +12V by operating a source switch 1b, +5V, is supplied to a reset circuit 4 and a CPU 3. Since switches SW1, 2 are turned off in the state, +12V is not supplied to a driver circuit 7 and a control circuit 6. When +5V from the circuit 1 is raised, the CPU 3 is reset by the circuit 4 and the CPU starts processing. At the point of time when the CPU 3 starts processing, +12 has been raised and the CPU 3 changes over the switch SW1 to ON. Thus, the control circuit 6 is received +12V and starts to operate. The CPU 3 monitors +12V by the output of a comparator 5 and turns on the SW2 when +12V is stabilized and supplies +12V to the driver circuit 7.
