The engagement and the disengagement are conducted so that when an output bundle calculated from a torque direction and a rotating direction is larger than zero, the clutch 9 remains engaged. When the bundle becomes smaller than the zero, the clutch 9 is disengaged. As long as a rotational speed of the part to be clutched is larger than that of a driving clutch, the clutch 9 remains disengaged. When the driving clutch is rotated at higher rotational speed than that of the part to be clutched, the clutch 9 is engaged by starting from the disengaged state.
