In a second process, an adhesive is applied to the one side surface of polyester film or fluororesin film and dried, and the polyvinyl chloride film side surface of the laminated film obtained in the first process is superimposed on the adhesive surface and thermo- compression bonded so as to remove the film for peeling off of polypropylene or the like. Thereby it is possible to reduce the number of processes, increase manufacturing speed, and improve productivity comparing with an usual coating method, and a flat wire having high adhesive strength can be obtained since an obtained sheet is free from curling and remaining solvent.
