OINTMENT

PURPOSE:To obtain an ointment useful for treating and preventing dermatosis, having excellent stability and absorption, comprising a specific compound, a dissolution and absorption promoter and an ointment base. CONSTITUTION:The objective ointment comprising preferably 0.01-10 (W/W) compound shown by formula I (R to R are H or bonded to C; R is alkyl; R is H, OH, etc.; R and R are H or OH; R is H, alkyl, etc.; X is oxo, etc.; Y is oxo, etc.; R to R are H or alkyl; R and R are oxo, etc.; R , R are H or alkyl; (n) is 1-3) such as compound shown by formula II or salt thereof, preferably 1-30 (W/W) % dissolution and absorption promoter such as propylene carbonate to sufficiently dissolve the compound and an ointment base such as natural wax.
