Hot melt primer 3 and large-size glass beads 5 are spreaded over a marking line on the road surface 10, the surface is covered with marking material 7 and reflecting glass beads 9 are spreaded before the marking material 7 is solidified. It is thus possible to construct the marking line soon which is excellent in visibility and durability in the rain at night.
