Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide ribbon cassette, in which the width of ribbon can effectively used for typing in the fashion divided into a plurality of lines even with the simple annular ink ribbon in the ribbon cassette used for a printer, which is used as the output device of a computer, a word processor or the like. CONSTITUTION:In a ribbon cassette 10 consisting of ink ribbon 11 charged in a case 12, removable first jugs 31, first stoppers 21, each of which is formed on the lug 31 for positioning the case 12 so as to face the ink ribbon opposite to the printing head 2 of a printer, and second stoppers 22, each of which displaces the ink ribbon 11 widthwise so as to position the case 12 opposite to the printing head 2, when the jug 31 is removed from the case 12, are provided so as to constitute the ribbon cassette concerned.
