Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To uniformly maintain the temp. distribution of the liquid crystal display element of even the large-sized liquid crystal display device and to improve the display grade thereof by forming panel heater electrodes of transparent electrode patterns and providing an antireflection film. CONSTITUTION:The transparent panel heater 3 is constituted by forming the transparent electrode pattern 32 to serve as a heat generating source on a glass substrate 31 and providing the antireflection film 34 thereon. Both ends of the transparent electrode pattern 32 are connected and provided with voltage impressing electrodes 33. Namely, this transparent panel heater 3 is constituted by providing the antireflection film 34 on the transparent electrode pattern 32. This transparent panel heater 3 is built as the transparent panel heater 3 of the liquid crystal display device. Then, the moires generated by the interference of the electrode pattern of the liquid crystal display element 2, the electrode pattern of the transparent panel heater 3 and the electrode pattern of the transparent panel heater 3 are not admitted at all and the excellent display grade is obtd.
