Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To incinerate marine organisms without the necessity of large scale pretreatment facilities which requires a large volume of plain water by providing the supply port of a marine organism supply pipe at the base end section of a rotary kiln and a burner jet port that jets out flame towards the middle section from the base end section in the rotary kiln. CONSTITUTION:At the lower section of a marine organism tank 10 which takes in marine organisms 11 a screw conveyor 12 is provided, and to the feeding end of the conveyor 12 the upper section of a marine organism supply pipe 3 is connected, and its lower end port section is arranged near the center of the base end section in a rotary kiln 2, and the jet port of a burner 5 that is provided with a heavy oil supply pipe 59 and an air supply pipe 60 which surrounds the pipe 59 is arranged near the marine organism supply pipe 3. At the tip end section of a secondary air blowing-in pipe 8 a slit shaped blowing-in port 9 that blows in secondary air obliquely downwards toward the lower inner face of the base end section is provided. Since flame is jetted towards the middle section from the base end section in the rotary kiln 2, it is possible to prevent clinker from attaching and accumulating on the inner face on the outlet side of a refractory material layer 6, and it is possible to incinerate marine organisms without pretreatment which uses a large volume of plain water.
