DIGITAL SUBTRACTION ANGIOGRAPHY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To easily, speedily, and exactly operate a filtering processing by checking the picture element value in a temporary picture holding memory, and controlling and driving an X-ray movable diaphragm in order to insert a concentration compensating filter into the part corresponding to a detected halation area. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a temporary holding memory 16 which records temporarily the picture before recording the picture in a storage device 8, halation area detecting circuit 17 which checks the picture element value in this temporary holding memory 16 and detects the halation area, and X-ray movable diaphragm controlling and driving device 18 which controls and drives an X-ray movable diaphragm 4 in order to insert the concentration compensating filter into the part corresponding to the detected halation area. Thus, the detection of the halation area can be operated automatically and exactly in a real time, and the picture without any halation can be obtained easily, speedily, and exactly.
