Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To generate an accurate pulse having an optional pulse width by comparing the phase of an output pulse So from a pulse generator with the phase of a calibration pulse Sc, feeding back the result to the conversion relation fluctuation means and fluctuating the relation of conversion so that the widths of both the signals So, Sc are equal to each other. CONSTITUTION:A pulse So generated from a pulse generator 10 in responce to an input data Di is given to a pulse detection means 18 and a phase comparison means 19. The phase comparison means 19 is provided with a 2nd conversion relation supporting means 17 keeping the relation of conversion between the input data Di and a calibration source data Doc corresponding to the pulse width of the calibration pulse Sc when the widths of both the pulses So, Sc are coincident with each other and the relation of conversion between the calibration source data Dcc and the input data Di is kept in the 1st conversion relation supporting means 16 when the pulse width of the output pulse So of the pulse generator 10 and the pulse width of the calibration source data Doc are coincident with each other. Thus, the source data Do corresponding to the desired pulse width is inputted to the conversion means 12 when the calibration relating to the data conversion is finished through the pulse detection and phase comparison.
