This facilitates rod arranging and form removal at the time of fabricating precast anti-seismic wall A, also provides easy handling in stocking and transportation as well as easy erection of anti-seismic wall, and allows accomplishment of consolidated structure of the mass concrete and anti-seismic wall through anchoring.
