When the thickness of a release tape is selected as being almost equal to that of the first conductive film 04 the surfaces of the insulating paint film 1 and the first conductive film 04 both formed by subsequent processes become smooth and the second conductive film 3 can be formed on the surfaces with its film thickness being uniform. A step is not therefore formed in the surface of the second conductive film 3 and also the thickness of the second conductive film 3 is not partially decreased and the appearance and the life of the second conductive film 3 are enhanced as a result.
