The three-way valve 5 is connected to an open tank 8, which connects with a hot water supplying heat exchanger 9 by a hot water supplying pipe 10. A hot water flow control valve 11 is provided in the hot water supplying pipe 10. A float 12 is installed in the open tank 8. The amount of hot water supplied in the open tank 8 is controlled by actuating the control valve 11 with the float 12. Concretely, the flow control valve 11 controls the flow by changing the water circulating area of a water circulating opening by pivoting a valve body through the vertical movement of the float 12, which is connected with the valve body by a connecting arm 17.
