CONSTITUTION:A metal foil 2 is superposed on a set composed of superposed prepregs 1 and a release film to which other metal foil 2 is preliminarily bonded by an adhesive tape 5 is superposed on the set 1 of the prepregs so that the metal foil 2 comes into contact with the prepregs 1 to constitute a laminated material which is, in turn, held between mirror plates 4 and molded under heating and pressure by a press to obtain a metal foil clad laminated sheet. Since the release film and the metal foil are preliminarily bonded in other place, it is prevented that a resin powder and waste yarn penetrate in the gap between both of them. The dent based on the resin powder penetrating in the gap between the release film and the metal foil is not generated.
