description | PURPOSE:To simplify the work and to make the cost and the maintenance favorable by moving and inserting a holding pin to one of pin holes provided responding to the insulating rings of various different diameters respectively. CONSTITUTION:An insulating ring 1 to which insulating tapes impregnated with an insulating varnish are wound on the periphery is loaded on a baseplate 3 positioning the centers almost coincident, and a molding ring 4 divided along the periphery of the insulating tapes is arranged neighboring the insulating ring 1. Then, the fixing part 10 of a holding pin 9 is inserted to a pin hole 8a, for example, provided at the position responding to the insulating ring 1, a screw rod 7 is inserted in a screw hole 11, the tip of the screw rod 7 is abutted to the outer surface of the molding ring 4 to squeeze the insulating tapes, and an insulating layer 2 is formed by the means same as the conventional way. As a result, insulating rings with numerous different diameters can be processed commonly by only one sort of baseplate and one sort of holding pin. |
