Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To smoothly perform automatic welding by splitting an optical path from a weld zone into two, passing the light through two interference filters, composing an optical image to pick up it and catching an optical picture of a welding state. CONSTITUTION:The optical path 12 from the weld zone is split into two of 12a and 12b by a beam splitter 3. The first interference filter 6a having a maximum value of transmittivity on the almost center of a visible area is arranged to emphasize the groove information and the wire position on the first optical path 12a. The second interference filter 6b having a maximum value of transmittivity on an infrared area boundary is arranged to emphasize a molten pool on the second optical path 12b. A half mirror 10 and an ITV camera 11 which compose the optical image to pick up it through the two interference filters 6a and 6b and catch the optical picture of the welding state are arranged. Consequently, the images of the molten pool, the groove information, the wire position, etc., can be picked up exactly and clearly by the one ITV camera under an intense brightness welding arc. |
