Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To suppress the reduction in an amplified current due to a base current of a 2nd transistor(TR) and to suppress the effect of dispersion in a current amplification factor. CONSTITUTION:A base and a collector of a 4th TR 24 are connected between an emitter of a TR 14 and a base of a TR 16 in Darlington connection, and an emitter of the TR 24 is connected between an intermediate point between the emitter of the TR 16 and a collector of a 2nd TR 12. A voltage fluctuation of the 4th TR 24 due to its current change is less and the emitter potential of the TR 16, that is, the fluctuation of the collector potential of the 2nd TR 12 is suppressed. Thus, the 4th TR 24 suppresses the fluctuation of the collector potential of the 2nd TR 12 together with the suppression TRs 14, 16 to prevent oscillation.
