Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To correct the shifting of a thin striplike laser beam, which is irradiated from a laser irradiation unit, in the shortitudinal direction to the line sensor of a photodetecting part. CONSTITUTION:A drift adjusting mechanism 8 to move a laser irradiation unit 1 is provided between a mounting base 2 and the above unit 1 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of a line sensor of a photodetecting part. Thereby, the shifting of a thin striplike laser beam, which is irradiated from the unit 1, in the short length direction to the line sensor of the photodetecting part can be corrected.
