CONSTITUTION:In the exhaust gas treatment device removing nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxides in an exhaust gas with the glow charge plasma, the dielectric panels 62, 62' facing each other between which the exhaust gas flows, the coil like electrodes 61, 61' arranged facing each other with the dielectric panels and crossing at right angle with the dielectric panels and the power source 7 connected to the electrode are provided. In this way, treatment ability is improved by activating electron in the plasma by magnetic field.
