When the movable divided-pulley 17 is brought near to either of the fixed half pulley 18 or 23, the transmission belt 20 or 25 to which the pulley 17 is brought near is driven, and on the other side, the distance between the movable pulley 17 and the fixed half pulley 13 or 12 becomes wide, so that the transmission belt 25 or 20 is not driven. And a reversing transmission 22 is connected to the system of the second transmission belt 25 to reverse the driving direction. |
