Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a desired interlaminar strength, by heating a laminate having a specified layer structure to or above a specified temperature, and then cooling the laminate at a cooling rate so regulated as to control interlaminar strength. CONSTITUTION:A laminate obtained by laminating a layer comprising a polyethylene resin and a layer comprising a polypropylene resin with each other is heated to a temperature in the range from a main melting peak temperature of the polypropylene resin to (the peak temperature) + 135 deg.C. The laminate is then cooled at a regulated cooling rate so as to control the interlaminar strength between the layer comprising the polyethylene resin and the layer comprising the polypropylene resin layer. The layer comprising the polyethylene resin comprises a high density polyethylene, a linear low density polyethylene or the like, and preferably has a main melting peak temperature of 95-135 deg.C. The layer comprising the polypropylene resin comprises polypropylene singly or in admixture with polyethylene. The cooling rate is preferably 10 to 10 deg.C/sec.
