Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform coincidence of the phases of the screw crests of the main reinforcing bars of assembly reinforcing bars, joined with each other, at an after-process by manufacture first assembly reinforcing bars for a column by using a screw knot reinforcing bar. CONSTITUTION:Sleeves 3a and 3b responding to the number of main reinforcing bar 1 are welded to a pair of upper and lower annular members 1, and the two end sides of the main reinforcing bar 1 are inserted through the sleeves 3a and 3b. By fastening the sleeves 3a and 3b from both side by means of a plurality of paired nuts 4a and 4b joined in a screwed-in state with the screw knot of the main reinforcing bar 1, the main reinforcing bar 1 is fixed to the annular member 2. By loosening the nuts 4a and 4b, fine movement of the main reinforcing bar 1 in the direction of an axis is practicable.
