Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain dense ceramic products in production of aqueous slurry of aluminum nitride. CONSTITUTION:In production of aqueous slurry of aluminum nitride wherein fine powder of aluminum nitride and fine powder of yttrium oxide as a sintering auxiliary are suspended in water containing a dispersant, as a solvent, the fine powder of yttrium oxide is added to the solvent, stirred and subjected to hot milling to give suspension, to which the fine powder of aluminum nitride is added, stirred and subjected to hot milling.
