CONSTITUTION:The facilities are so constituted that a directive sound collection device 21 picking up only a surrounding sound and not picking up the voice of the operator is installed and insignificant noise is generated to the ear of the operator in matching with the sound volume of the sound picked up by the sound collection device 21. Even when the insignificant noise (sound disturbing the work of the operator) is in existence around the operator, more excellent state is formed than the case with only the surrounding sound and the work efficiency is improved.
