The boosting of the detector 32 is decided as the clogging of the hose 22, and air for cleaning is flowed from the compressor 52 to the tank 12 and clogging is removed while air is injected from the compressor 36 to the nozzle 25 and the adhesion of soil onto the shaft 18 is prevented. Air is sent from the compressor 44 to the nozzles 25, and nondefective or defective cleaning is confirmed by the detector 32. The boosting of the detectors 32, 33 is decided as the clogging of the nozzle 25, and the shaft 18 is pulled up and cleaned. Accordingly, a device can be cleaned and restarted easily.
