The 1st electrostatic charge image having positive static charge is formed only in the region on the layer 2 corresponding to the black image part B and red image part R of an original 5. On the other hand, the 2nd electrostatic charge image having positive static charge is formed only in the region on the drum 28 corresponding to the black image part of the original 5. When negative charge particle flow is projected from a charge particle source 10, the positive electrostatic charge image is formed on the region corresponding to the red image part on the layer 2 and the region corresponding to the black image part B has negative potential. A red toner is stuck on the red image part abd a red reproduced part RT is formed.
